Upcycle your old clothes: Create beautiful fabric garlands!

Even considered what you can do with that pile of old T-shirts and towels with stains and holes? When patches are no longer an option, why not transform them into colorful, unique garlands?  Upcycling is not only good for the environment, but it also gives you the chance to be creative and make something personal. Here are a few steps to get you started.

What you need:
-Old clothes items (preferably with different colors and patterns)
-Scissors
-String or ribbon
-Optional decorations like buttons and beads

Simple steps:
-Select your clothing items: think of old T-shirts, jeans or bed linens.
-Cut the fabric into equal pieces. You can cut triangles, squares or other shapes depending on the design you have in mind.
-Attach to string or ribbon: tie or sew the fabric pieces onto the string or ribbon.

Inspiration and tips:
-Mix and Match: Combine different colors and patterns.
-Seasonal themes: create garlands for different seasons or holidays, like an autumn theme with warm colors or a Christmas theme with red and green.
-Personal touch: Add personal elements like initials or small photos
